• Account Information: Name, business email, company name, phone number, store subdomain, and password hash.
• Store & Catalog Data: Product titles, SKU codes, variant matrix combinations, pricing, barcodes, warehouse bin locations, supplier details, and stock movements.
• POS & Order Transactions: Orders, thermal receipts, customer names, billing/shipping addresses, itemized order lines, and payment method summaries.
• Technical Usage: IP addresses, browser types, device fingerprints, POS terminal session tokens, and performance diagnostics.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for legitimate business and operational purposes:

• Provisioning and maintaining your multi-tenant store catalog, POS terminals, and warehouse databases.
• Processing sales orders, generating printable 80mm/58mm thermal receipts, and maintaining immutable stock audit logs.
• Calculating inventory restock thresholds and alerting you to low stock conditions.
• Sending transactional billing notifications, invoice PDFs, and product update notices.
• Detecting fraud, mitigating unauthorized access, and ensuring 99.99% high-availability platform uptime.

4. POS & Store Data Security

We employ industry-leading security practices to safeguard your business intelligence:

• Tenant Isolation: Each merchant's product catalog, purchase orders, customer base, and financial reports are logically isolated in multi-tenant schemas.
• Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 / HTTPS. Sensitive records are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standard.
• POS Terminal Access: POS cash registers require verified staff credentials or session tokens to prevent unauthorized terminal access.

5. Payment & Transaction Processing

YoEcommerce integrates with certified payment gateways (e.g. bKash PGW, Nagad, SSLCommerz, Stripe) for merchant subscriptions and digital checkouts.

We do not store raw credit card numbers, debit PINs, or bKash PINs on our servers. All financial payment transactions are tokenized and processed directly by certified PCI-DSS compliant financial providers.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies, session storage, and local storage strictly to keep you authenticated, remember your POS register settings (such as thermal receipt printer width and selected warehouse), and store theme customization preferences. You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings.

• Media & CDN Storage: Cloudinary / Cloudflare for fast, optimized product thumbnail distribution.
• Payment Processors: bKash API, SSLCommerz, and Stripe for subscription billing.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your inventory, variant matrices, sales logs, and customer records for as long as your account remains active. You may request full export of your catalog (CSV / JSON format) or permanent account deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

As a YoEcommerce merchant, you have the right to:

• Access, view, and export all your products, variant matrices, and sales transaction logs.
• Update or rectify incorrect store details, billing information, or staff user accounts.
• Request permanent erasure of your store data upon subscription termination.
